The Issue Was Saving Money In Printing.

Reduced  To  6.14 x 2.61 inches.

It Made, Transporting More Convenient

Smaller Wallets Were Easier Fit Into Pockets.

The Bills Had A Longer Life Usage,

Because Of Less Folding Was Needed,

Which Caused The Wear.  

The Downsizing Was A Benefit, To All.
